There has been some discussion about the Richmond Country Club not being in great condition. Two people from the Golf Committee visited the course on Friday to check it out for themselves. There are 3 greens that are being worked on which didn't look bad at all. We spoke with the head groundskeeper and the course is being aerated every Monday/Wednesday. There was a golf tournament playing that day and we polled about 28 golfers.  The Country Club let us take a golf cart and check out the course. About 85% said the course was in good shape and they were finding no problems. We did take pictures (click here to view).  If the three greens still have an issue by the time this tournament takes place, JPCA will come up with something for those 3 greens i.e. mulligans. This tournament is important to help raise the money to keep working on the weed issue on the pond. This pond has and continues to be a place full of great memories and JPCA wants to make sure those good times continue. JPCA cannot do it without your help. Thank you for your support.
